Cancellations and Refunds: Customers are able to cancel their orders and receive a full refund provided that the cancellation is made before the order cutoff time. Please be aware that once the cutoff time has passed, we are unable to offer refunds as the order will have already been processed for delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations: We are not responsible for refunds if the product is lost or spoilt due to nobody being available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. It is crucial that customers ensure someone is available to receive their order or make arrangements for a secure place where the delivery can be left. Our delivery personnel will follow the instructions provided for unattended deliveries, but once the product is delivered as per these instructions, it is considered the customer’s responsibility.
Recommendations for Receiving Deliveries: To avoid any issues with your delivery, we recommend arranging for someone to be present at the delivery location during the estimated delivery window. Alternatively, providing a secure, temperature-appropriate location for the product to be left if you cannot be home is advisable. This helps prevent product loss or spoilage, which are not covered under our refund policy.
